This Morning's Wild Video

If you’re anything like me your morning office routine goes something like this, make a cup of coffee, address e-mails, open up various spreadsheets, and then, before doing an ounce of real work I spend a good 15 to 20 minutes looking for some quality entertainment to keep me company while I sift through countless numbers. So I was pleased when I opened up my e-mails this morning to find a video titled “Gnomes” sitting in my inbox, thereby streamlining my entertainment search.

Without further avail I opened it up while sipping on my cup o’ Joe. My first reaction was “cute, but dumb, thank god it’s only two and a half minutes long.” Until… BOOM! A massive yellow cock pops out of the ground to confront our protagonist, “Red”. They exchange some sort of noises before BOOM! Another couple of oddly colored cocks pop out of the ground.

Now, at this point I’m rather intrigued, as my initial reaction has been obliterated and my only thoughts are of how awesome this is. The sixty seconds following all this cock popping and random noise exchanges might be the greatest in cinematographic history. As I sipped my coffee I sat in a complete trance while all these characters started playing some sort of wild song, only for them to end up in some car driving and singing together. Where were they headed? I don’t know. What are they singing? Hell, I don’t know. All I know is that an hour into my day, after only consuming a banana and half a cup of coffee, I was tripping the fuck out.

I sat dancing and laughing in my chair as my coworkers tried not to stare. The ending of the video doesn’t let us down either. As the frenzy of awesome comes to an end, Red finds himself face to face with a bear (yeah, there was bear sitting there the whole damn time) who they’ve now awoken. Luckily, yellow cock pops up yet again and launches Red like a Frisbee across the forest, which in turn saves Red and calms down the bear. This is followed by a final scene of dancing and noise making, bear included. If every morning started off like this I’d be working on weekends too.
